unexpected packet size error

i keep getting an unexpected packet size error when trying to connect to server 1a. is this an STCC problem or a LFS problem and how can i correct it? I keep getting this error on other servers too.

I get this too, but I don't think its limited to STCC servers, I have asked why in the TA forums, and I never get a response about it.

How to fix it?, reboot your router, how to cure it?, I have no clue

I've had this a few times in LFS now but I just wait a moment then try again. The problem is either LFS, or a routing issue to the datacentre, it has nothing to do with the STCC management software because that doesnt even know you exist until you've completed the connection process.

i just kept trying to connect. I had this problem happen on a demo server a while back. I thought it was just a demo server problem. but I guess not.
