receive and sending setups

ok help me out here im not new but kind of new to online play with lfs
im just wondering o how you send and receive the setups when playing online

Pres 'N' until you see the connection list in the bottom right of your screen. To send someone your setup, click the "SS" button next to their name. When someone is offering to send you their setup, a green "S" will appear - clicking on it then prompts you for a filename to save it as.

Yes, the "N" key brings up the connection list.

Yes, I know from the "sender" point of view, I pressed "N" and sent a setup to a buddy (click on "SS") and I saw the message "setup sent", but my buddy didn't know what to do in order to "receive" it, we're both very newbs.
I thought it was automatically saved in the garage area...

He needs to press N to bring up the connection list, and then click the little green 'S' that appears next to your name (the name of the person sending the setup).
