server making in demo

can someone be nice people and explain me step to step how do make ur own racing server in lfs demo wich does work and the other humans can see my server in servers list,it could be nice too if then explainer got time to tell what numbers i but there,when i make the server,theres max (al and number),that part it will be nice to get explained.server making pictures and videos are also welcome.

well i still didnt geted the starting place when it explains everything,what i need to download,where do extract it and what else i need to download :S i am very confused
