Track Adjustments

First thing I really missed was the Track to be adjusted at the cars.
I mean the distance between the left and the right wheel.

Was perfect to ensure stability and for some fat looking Screenies to present skins ;)

this was in S1, but was removed since everybody used the max setting anyway...

Adjustable track width was removed for a realism point of view anyway since it's not exactly easy to adjust and most race series forbid altering of it (assuming the car is based on a road car).
