Single player replays go in LFS>Data>SPR
Multi-Plater replays go into LFS>Data>MPR

Then use what Joen said

Still not sure what you mean. Make sure they are stored in the correct folder. MPR files (multiplayer replays) are stored in lfs\data\mpr, SPR files (singleplayer replays) are stored in the lfs\data\spr folder.

You can watch them from LFS. You don't need a seperate program.

nope, replay files aren't actually movies/media files. To put it simply when you run a replay, LFS takes the driver inputs as a way to "reconstruct" the races.
If you want to watch them in a mediaplayer you would have to capture them, but the files would be much much bigger, take a lot of time to encode, which is hardly worth the trouble if you just want to watch them sometimes and not make an edited video of it.

you're welcome :)
