LFSW: Leaving a team?

Just wondering if there is a way you can leave a team? I have had a look on LFSW under my profile etc and cannot seem to find a way to do it. Just that I am on 2 teams currently and would like to fix that, cheers! :)

Only 1 racer can have the "admin" rights for the team and he must remove you.
