Screen out of range??

i was muckin around with some settings of the game and all of a sudden the screen went black and a message said 'out of range' , now when i try to open the game it just has this screen
can anyone help please??

Sounds like the screen resolution you chose is not supported by our monitor. It should be stored in a config file, but I don't know which one, and if you can edit manually.

A quick solution: re-extract LfS. The settings will be gone, but thats better than not being able to play at all.

This is a problem and another one for the guys at LFS. Which config is it? Guys, please fix the screen res change so that it defaults back to last known good setting, if out of range. (i guess all part of 'alpha' i suppose?) v.annoying.

You can also fix it by changing the "Screen Info" line.

V-sync Hz x-res y-res

some of the F keys are presset to standard screen settings, you might want to try pressign thsoe and see if u get a presset that you can see.
