Creating a Server

always when i creat a server, the other people can't enter in it...
why this shit happens??
ps: my net isn't adsl... its a cable "building net"... i dont know if this is a problem..

do you have a router? if so are the correct ports open on it?

You run a firewall? Open port 63392 (default) both for UDP and TCP protocol.

Without knowing your setup, its really quite difficult to answer that question. It can still be fairly difficult even if we do know it. Theres so many variables.

Do you connect directly to the internet?
Do you connect to a router? Or are you in a university, or similar shared environment?
What is your firewall software? Do you have more than one firewall solution?

i dont know if use a "shared environment", my internet is a "building net", all apartments use the same internet...
i dont know what is a router :S

does your 'internet cable' go straight from your computer into the wall or does it go somewhere else? if it goes somewhere else what is it plugged into?

Sounds as if the building has a main internet connection going into router, which is then distributed to all the apartments :(

If so, then you'll need to talk to whoever runs it and get them to forward some ports to your PC/server specifically - however, I think its fairly unlikely that it will happen somehow...
