What is a combo?
Is it a mix of cars and tracks on a server?

a combo is short for the combination of cars and tracks on a server, ie XFG/BL1 is a combo

And Jakg only listed one car in his example. A combo can aslo include a class of cars, ie, the LFR class @ BL1, which would be the LX6, FZR, and RAC. You can see car classes listed in filtering options on the right in the multiplayer server list.
