I wanna weather like in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. With a possibility to set any weather i like in single mode and with server's weather in multiplayer.

That would be cool as. But hell, u need some from of system in online mod, cuz there would just be pileups.

Just play an old copy of S1. Everyone was complaining that driving was like on ice back then.

hmmm snowy tracks would be nice but then isnt that rally?? id prefer to see rally cars on snowy tracks rather than the fz50 or fxr with spikey tires on tarmac...

Get a rally-setup for your RB4 and drive rally on snowy tracks. No problem here.

yeah, just adding one or 2 more types of tires (knobbly4cold, icespikes!!!)
