Driver with no helmet or suit

Just came across a guy in a beat-up old mini on a server, just wearing T-shirt, no helmet, nicely trimmed beard..?

How you go about making that happen? :) (not the beat-up old mini-part, i've got the handle on car skins, driver suits and helmet, but just wondering how he had the driver in 'civis'?

The clearly disturbed owner of the original image has , apparently, deliberately made this happen.

Well heres a pic thats not protected cause its mine lol but i think this is the screen you would be wanting, Also if you try the rsc forum im sure there was a thread some where about hex editing, Tyr google and searh for a hex editor and by the pic ive also put there sort of gives you a clue hope it helps, as i said try rsc it probly explains it alot easyier there :)
