If you're not sharing a license then log into the LFS control panel on the main site and change your game password. Then open LFS and change the password in the unlock screen (be aware you wont have to unlock again, only change the password). Then wait.

If you're 100% sure no one has stolen your credentials and that you're not sharing any, have you been playing online recently? Occasionally a host can get "stuck" and cause this error. If you wait a few minutes, the master server will realise and time out the record, or someone will restart the server causing the issue.

It means you are trying to use a license that is already in use, have you shared your license with anybody?, could anybody have "stolen" your login details?.

If none of this works, contact the devs.

well you'll have to ask to the dev's :( i dunno what can be happen, "i guess" that someone is using ur license..

Check if Firewall does not block.
Check if not LFS does run in the back in the task manager.

Are you first choosing mulitplayer and can you display list of hosts ? does it work with demo hosts?

it does sound a bit like you may have LFS running on another PC?

or it could be that you are opening 2 instances of LFS but you should get the red ingame message "warning another instance of lfs is running"

Could you elaborate on how you "open lfs folder click run"?

yes .. very impressive ... here's my advice .. practice some more before you go online .. or start out with a car which is a little bit easer to handle.
