Greetings all!

Well, I didn’t expect to have my comments published or I would have said a few more things, and some things differently.

Let me start by saying that LFS is surely a wonderful sim. I have not experienced many others but from my understanding it’s the best one going. Kudos to the Devs for making this available to us! Also Kudos to Webflat and the Burnoutcrew for their efforts in presenting these races for all of us to enjoy.

I never would have thought that 2 of the top drivers going would pick me in answer to Webflats question. I am honored. Really honored! I was being a smart a$$ when I said – Me of course! Surely we must have faith in our own abilities to succeed in whatever we pursue in life, but I don’t tend to announce it in public! LOL

With that being said, I would like to point out that there is an abundance of good drivers on the tracks these days. As time goes on people are tweaking their cars and honing their driving skills making our racing even closer and lots more fun at the same time. I can see that as time goes on the differences in our lap times will grow increasingly closer to one another and the skill levels of the drivers will constantly improve resulting in even more competitive racing.

It’s a fact though as you all surely know, doing a fast hotlap is a good thing…. but not necessarily the determining factor in who will win a race. Sure, speed is always a good thing to have in your bag of tricks but there are so many other factors involved in winning a race. Especially a longer race such as we have before us in the Bravura series.

There is a certain amount of luck involved in these races too. Being in the wrong place at the wrong time can extinguish any chance you may have had at placing well, winning, or sometimes even finishing the race. I know that when I see a yellow flag on the oval I do not let off. I keep on going and hope I can avoid whatever is around the next corner without hitting anything. I mean, if I let off for every yellow flag that happened I surely would be running near the back of the pack. On the other hand if you get involved in that crash it costs you even more time (or costs you the race) than if you did let off and slow down. It’s a crapshoot at best sometimes and this is where a little luck can pay off big time at the end of the race. Oh, so you want to call it skill? Well, call it what you want but whoever has the most of it on race day might just come out on top at the end! On the other hand, things seem to be different on the road courses. Since spending time at the SO Classic circuit I find myself slowing down more for yellows. There are some really tight spots there and it seems that slowing down a bit and being able to drive around crashes really pays off here sometimes.

Ok enough rambling…..
I think these races will be a lot of fun and I would like to wish everyone involved the best of luck. See you all at the track!

Dear Racer,

here is the next preview for the "Bravura". Before, I´ve something to say:

The past events showed that we´re a very though and fair racer community :) . And we´re one of the fastest, too. :D
So i´m a lucker, cause i´m a part of it. Please, don´t take the interviews so seriously. Its also a chance to learn more about us. Thats the meaning, i think. At least, we also wanna have fun. If we could something make better, kindly let us know!

Cheers

So, Webflat, is there going to be pre-qualifying on Saturday and if so, who will be in it?
