Fuel and replay questions!

Hi guys, I just completed a 30 lap race and I'm confused by the fuel.
Driving the Formula XR, on my dash it says; "Fuel 2.8 4.5 l". When I press F12 it tells me "7.2% in tank". I understand that 4.5 l is 7.2% of my capacity, but whats the "Fuel 2.8" mean? Laps left??

Also, I saved the replay (press 2 and type in a name). However when I go to the REPLAYS option in the front menu it doesn't appear - why's that?

It's the other way round... You got 2.8 l left in the tank, which you can use for another 4.5 L (laps) before you run out of fuel...

As for the replay: Which version of U do you run? I might be a good idea to upgrade to U30 here (http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=9869)...

And click the MPRs button in the replays screen for multiplayer replays :)
