replay to AVI!

for example someting like in rfactor. export to avi... in rfactor you can build nice avi no mater how strong pc do you have... also i would like to "control" replay (Reverse, Forward, Next lap, Stepbystep....).

yeah, a backward n pause function 4 replay would be coolest, also if there was a possibility to compare 2 spr/mpr...:D

Scawen has discussed replay controls before. At the moment, all the reply does is store the environment variables, and replay the physics. As such theres no way to reverse the physics without screwing them up. He has said something about implementing store points so you can "step back" 3 seconds, or something.

You can fast forward, though, and go as slow as 0.5x speed.

When it comes down to rfactor, I'm sure if you had a crap PC, you still wouldnt beable to make a decent avi file tbh, since you're still running the game and trying to make the avi file as you go.

You can actually go as slow as 0.25x, but anyway ye replays suck a bit on LFS at the mo.

OK that understandable (physic) so the 3sec. solution would be an possible solution:)
