Old S1 Versions of LFS inc 0.2d and "Turboholics"

Hi all
was looking through old Cd Backups and came across some old S1 exes think it's V.02d and the turboholics (THJ) modified exe.

If ther's any interest I'll upload to my web site for DLs otherwise I'll just throw it out as cd is getting abit scratched etc and won't read much longer

I guess it's like being an Alcoholic, but you substitute beer for turbos (probably doesn't matter if the turbo's are fitted). Maybe they have to lick them or grind them up and eat them to get high?

It's basically the same thing that Power mod was.. Like LFS tweak, only it worked online.

Yeah it was a mod that gave you boost when you pressed a key, i think it was handbrake, and it worked online.

I could look for my backups, but I will only find the S1 release version and the patch 0.2d, so I guess it won't help you as the cheat is not included. Why do you want to use this cheat anyway? Cheating is gay :P

I did find a download for TurboHolics, but it barfs everytime. You might want to see if you can get it working though. I dont have the time to fiddle: http://members.cox.net/turboholics/downloads.html

Ive managed to download it, havnt tested it yet though.

i got it to work , all u have to do is extract it to the folder , it adds turbo so the car go faster , gti can reach to 300 speed :) but its the old s1 version ,

this was pre S1... back in the good old demo days.. waaaaay back there

turboholics ..edition or whatever floats your boat.. acts weird, cars are fast, but in some ways physics are sped up.. but in others.. its norma .. so its kinda odd and hard to get used to

Ooo I downloaded the old S1 versions and I simply love it, just a quick question, is there a way to get the original vehicle sounds into S2 :P the XR sounds so much nicer in S1. I was just wondering, it looks like the S2 vehicle sounds are hidden or encrypted but just wondering.

In S1 all the road cars sounded too racey. While nice, we have proper racecars now, so they are allowed to sound smooth and somewhat uninspiring.
