Server Error

Hi... I am beginner.. Just now instll lfs.. And press multiplayer.. then i pres join Specific game and were is hostname: i write hostmane #bia-clan LFS-Racing or other... But it show me HOST HAVE DIFERENT GAME CODE or HOST NOT FOUND A MASTER SERVER.. mabey server is incorrect... please help me!!:nod:

make sure you dont have a password if its a public game and make sure that the host didnt end the race :)

That server is an S2 server; since you're running demo you cannot access it.

#bia-clan LFS-Racing is a S2 host. You can only join Demo hosts, though. Please click on "Display list of games" and take a server from there, instead of entering the name directly. Also make sure you have the latest LFS version/patch installed (version U, or test patch U20 - both work)

As to how to play online;
1. Open LFS
2. Goto Multiplayer
3. Select Demo
4. Click Display list of games
5. Click on one from the list

There is EMPYYY!!

Step 2: Click "display List Of Games"

Step 3: Pick One, Click On It + Have Fun :)

MAKE SURE @ THE BOTTOM YOU SELECT THE ONES YOU WANT (private public empty full) AND THEN CLICK REFRESH :)

What LFS version do you have installed?

At the bottom of the List of Games screen, make sure that at least Public = Yes, otherwise you have filtered out all the games.

Your picture doesn't work. One last time: you need LFS S2 patch U to connect to ANY game. S1G is a very old version. You. Must. Update. To. S2. Do you understand? Look at the posts above to find the link to the latest version.

He just needs to download the latest (if not U) patch and he should be fine, although I doubt he will find any S1 servers.

He has neither S1 or S2 license, but is using an old version of LFS (S1, patch G) to connect, so it's no wonder it fails.

Firstly; you need the latest patch available from here:http://www.liveforspeed.net/file_lfs.php?name=LFS_U20_TEST.zip
Secondly; you have S1 which basically means you have Demo, because there are no S1 servers.
Thirdly; the host you are trying to get is an S2 host.


And lastly, stop making more then one thread.
