I'm searching for a programm with which help i can play Online with Tweaked cars.

Patch U doesn't work with LFS Tweak and I don't think it works online. And I hope that stays the case.

You can play online with LFS Tweak HOWEVER the server needs to be running the exact same tweak as you, and so do all the players that join.
