Custom Skins

I cant seem to find anything very helpfull about custom skins, I can make them easily, apply them easily, but I want to know if my skins are viewable on other people's clients, or is it just for my own, could anyone tell me the process behind it?

They need to be on the other person's harddrive before they see them.

S2 contains an auto skin download feature, that isnt available in the demo, so you'll have to upload them somewhere and share them before anyone sees them.

For other racers to see your skin they have to have it on their HDD (normally in \data\skins_x) so, if you want others to see your car, the way you intended it to be seen, you need to distribute the file to every racer by offering a download somewhere. This can be very difficult when other racers may not know where to download it (or can't be bothered to look). That's the bad news.

However, help is at hand (this is the good news) ;) . The easiest way to ensure that people see your skins is to buy an S2 Licence. Then you can upload the skin you're using to LFS World (http://www.lfsworld.net/) and it will be seen by any other S2 racer that has that option enabled (most of them).
